Carol received her Bachelor in Science in Kinesiology at UW Oshkosh in 2014 with emphasis in exercise fitness. She has been a personal trainer and health & wellness coach since 2014.
"We have become a society reliant on medications and quick ‘fixes’ to mask our health issues rather than really correct them. Healthy bodies and minds are created and maintained by imploring healthy lifestyle choices. Fortunately the team at FVWC recognizes the ability of the human body to heal itself and I feel privileged to work for a clinic that incorporates natural methods whenever possible to treat the cause of a symptom and not the symptom alone."
